General Terms

Each childminding agreement will be subject to a standard contract. These are designed by the NCMA and will be completed as part of the negotiation. They are available to view.

A deposit may be required to reserve a place.

A retainer maybe required to be paid if there is a period greater than a week between signing the contract and commencement of care.

Either party may give 4 weeks notice of cancellation of the agreement.
